Construction Management and Design, Inc. has been a General Contractor since 1996 specializing in remodeling. We are licensed, bonded and insured. CM&D is a tightly integrated team consisting of owners, Colleen Mihalik and Fred Haller, and our experienced staff. CM&D proudly boasts Designer Colleen Mihalik who has been creating award-winning designs since 1987 and has had many publications including Better Homes and Gardens and The Oregonian.

Our dedication to the business, combined with creative talent and attention to detail has resulted in hundreds of happy customers who live and enjoy their new spaces.
